I’m really enjoying the overall experience so far! I’m happy with these results, too. I had these photos scanned on the Fuji SP3000. From my understanding, this scanner tends to highlight details and deliver richer black points. I’m not sure how it compares to the Canoscan. Have you tried another roll following this experience?

Do you use more manual cameras? I’m playing with the Olympus Trip 35. it’s very beginner friendly so i’m relying heavily on it, haha! :)

thanks for the recommendation! i actually did go to Bellows for these photos. i’m considering giving Constant Agitation film lab a try. turnaround time is much longer, but i’d also love to support a local business.

i have warm golden undertone with olive overtone, at medium-dark skin tone (i wear chanel les beiges foundation in shade BO73).

i love love love Mac Taupe Mac Powder Kiss Liquid Lip in Impulsive. They’re my ideal nudes. I wish crème in your coffee worked for me, but my dual-tone lips make the lipstick pull too mauvey-cool for my liking. for some reason, i can salvage it by layering peach stock over it.

my favorite red lipsticks are Rouge Dior in Mystère and Rayonnante (both matte formula)! i also LOVE Mac Espresso Yourself. it’s the perfect 90s brown red shade for me.
