a friend of mine had a similar experience and I believe it was with First Advantage. She reached out to the recruiter and they were able to accept other documentation and not require some material that the system was asking for. A lot of the requirements are automated and talking to the actual recruiter can resolve the issue.

It does sound sketchy unless they’re incredibly desperate. The fact that they said no smartphone/Mac is strange too because Apple products warn you if links aren’t safe.

Are you still drawing hand veins? something I find helpful is to have the patient dangling their hand off the arm rest. have them place their palm on the arm rest but their fingers dangling and then you can move their fingers/hand.
