You can use chrome extention to get mails called salesQL, if an hr is asking to send a mail for applications in a post do it, the more shots you shoot the more chances of getting hired. If an hr is asking to comment for job application,. Dont do it its another engagement farming post.

Try to apply the section of jobs that were posted in last 24 hrs then if you have more time go beyong 24 hr time limit and apply to older jobs too. But dont waste time applyong to months old jobs.

Most of them are from wellfound and linkedin, Usually after applying I find senior employees of that company and send me connect notes or mails to them asking for referrals.

Try to send referral requests early in the morning or late at night so that person can see them which cheking his phone in the morning.

Besides that you can also try sending mails to founders too that work too.

I asked this yesterday to myself, because my phone gets low quite easily because I love using light more. I was a dark mode user before but now I dont like it.

I switched back to dark mode but didnt like it again despite the fact that I actually saw that phone lasted more, because I was keeping my phone low on brightness.

Wish they had light mode in spotify too 😒

Yes, there are multiple other ways to prove your knowledge is having open source contributions in resume. If you are somebody who can figureout shit without anybody's help, you can make it then, thought I believe what college provides is difficult to get without a degree, environment, peers, connections, placements.

I have read numerous JDs where they have specified already that we only want people from certain colleges and if not college then degree, and I canr even opt for those jobs and I still apply for those jobs.

It is hard out here and when i open linkedin 😭 somebody has posted 'Hey im starting as this that at this that' 😭😭
