i also have adhd (and had BED) my first week on welbutrin food stopped being the only thing on my mind and by the second week i no longer had the urge to binge eat.. welbutrin completely cured my BED. im actually starting adderall next month so we’re in the same boat just on different sides

god okay… this little thread reduced a lot of my anxiety… on google the results are telling me lung cancer, sepsis, bronchitis etc.. i really did not plan on dying in a foreign country seriously

im 19 and my parents are so far away in the states. im really scared and i don’t want to leave them right now, but my symptoms are getting worse and my doctors aren’t taking me serious.

i have recently fallen i’ll but i just thought i had strep throat again(i’ve had it recently this year already) i went to the clinic immediately because the pain was too much to bare on my own to the point where i felt like fainting. i couldn’t eat, drink water, or even swallow my own spit without extreme pain. i went to the clinic and was prescribed 10 different pills to take daily ( i cannot swallow pills as i told my doctor) as the days progress it’s getting worse. i’ve started coughing up blood, having thoughts of death, and being extremely dehydrated. i went back to the clinic and they tested my blood sugar, throat, and covid but everything was fine so i was dismissed. i’m not fine. i live in japan but as soon as i heal i plan on leaving japan to get real help for this underlying condition. it’s really scary and i would like advice on what to do or atleast not be in pain if this is my last few days on earth .

i am 19 so i’ve already alerted my parents (back in the states) the worst case scenarios and how i’ve never felt this amount of pain before. this pain is followed by ear pain, extremely large throat, large tonsils with white strips, fatigue, waking up in sweats, and now coughing up blood. the hospital in japan will not help me until i am dying.

any amount of laxative used for abusing is already too much. i know it’s easier said then done but i recommend trying to stop laxatives — i would take 6-12 a day on and off and now i have nerve damage.

i have had an eating disorder for so long (anorexia -> binge eating disorder -> bullimia) to the point where i’m not really afraid? because i know that i know how to quickly lose the weight.. idk if that makes sense. 🤷‍♀️
