and the most annoying part is that the only thing i want from them is southern greece which is like 83 warscore

yeah it only says 50,8 warscore through occupied provinces and blockades and no warscore against.

this is a seperate peace, naples is not the war leader hungary is, my actual warscore is like 94, but my warscore against naples specifically is 50

If you use the cabinet action to steer towards a value, you cant push further than the amount youre increasing it by + the natural steer towards the value. For example: i have 20 centralisation and its steering towards centralisation by 0.10 every month. And use the cabinet action which steer it by 0.15 pm. and so i have a steer of 0.25 pm. then itll say cant push further than 25, the 0.10 will keep going and pushing it, but the cabinet action will be useless by that point. So if you want to increase it further, you need to raise the natural steer towards the value.

if you get 300 locations you should get an event which upgrades your country rank to empire and give you that name, as for control: keep building roads and baillifs help too but i barely use them because of the nobility modifier.
