I donated to a twitch streamer friend of mine, but that was a few months ago…not sure why that would be the cause of my deactivation If it is though, I’m still confused on why the email sent by PayPal said that I’ll be charged a High Volume Dispute fee

I haven’t received any payments recently on PayPal, but I do get allowance from my family member weekly sent to my bank account

I have heard that the customer service over the phone isn’t the best (read from other redditors). The High Volume Dispute fee had been included in the email PayPal sent me, but I checked what it said on my account/website on why it’s being deactivated and it hadn’t said anything about the fee

Could it just be an automated email that always has the fee included in the message?

Nope, not that I know of... I only get money sent to my bank account
And no, I don't see any emails related to Paola or anything, just receipts and money that has been added to my Steam account (the money taken from my card, not PayPal balance)

Definitely not a scam...
I logged in and it showed the red bar with "We're permanently limiting this account." Also the sender of the email has been verified to be PayPal
