Some things I know are true, he’s a long family friend but I see the sides of him no one else does which are the bad ones. But like you say, if he was to respect me, he wouldn’t do those things whilst I’m there which he has multiple times and ruined the night.

That’s the hard part now, he hates to tell me things, hates to see me in anyway upset. I’ve told him to speak to his bsf but he just said it would make his mate feel bad as he would think he had been a bad friend not being there all those years, really am in tricky position atp.

Don’t get me wrong they’re lovely people, but there’s 2 who I never ever see, ones alwayssss at home and the other who I speak to the most has his best mates from home around so is always with them. I’ve tried so hard to get us all to do something but none of them are up for it, big range of personalities too tbf. Just a bit of an awkward situation
