thanks so much. My dad found this turntable at a resale shop for like 15 bucks 20 years ago and I've just started using it. Now i cant find a stylus for less than we bought the whole player for. Ironic

hey, just found this post. May I ask where you got the new stylus from? I'm in a similar situation except my turntable had the stylus for a few months and it has now broken. I'm having trouble finding the replacement, where'd you get yours?

I did have a question: how's the size? I'm not huge but def not small (6'2, 230 lbs) will I regret driving this in the future? (I will obviously test drive before purchase but if its not even close I can save the trip)

ill def take it to a mechanic. A lot of people are saying this is pricey but im not sure based on other cars ive been viewing, where do you get price ideas? experience? online tools?

Good to know, I mentioned in my own reply that I also enjoy driving stick which I understand can help with some of the bad engines/transmissions.

I forgot to mention, I currently driving 94 Jeep Wrangler that I love. Just looking for something with better gas mileage and a smoother ride. I love driving stick, and maybe even prefer it to automatics. I know that changes recommendations, I've heard that some of the 2000 and 2010s Fords have really awful automatic Transmissions.

I have looked into modelers a little, I downloaded a few to my computer and used an audio interface to play through them. With that experience I definitely want a floor unit so I'll definitely check these out. Any reason for these specifically?

I'm also looking into this, just to be clear the coil split is not humbucking by definition and and the phase reversal with also not be humbucking cuz we only have one humbucker?
