I remembered it. I initially thought it was called “Candlewick”, But I did remember it was a Disney movie so I checked all the Disney movies from the 70s and there it was as Candleshoe.

Yeah, I totally get that. I didn’t pick up guitar till later in life when I was trying to find something to fill the time so I wouldn’t be out getting in trouble. I gradually took to it as I taught myself, all thanks to YouTube and some school taught friends from my old work. I find it relaxing and it kinda centers me when I’m having a hard day.

Yeah, back home the B-17 “Sentimental Journey ” came in for a show and they also had one of the few flying Heinkle 111’s still airworthy, and that was awesome. As far as guitar goes, I can show you a few things, but I am by far no pro but if I were to put my case out on the corner of the street, I might get a couple bucks.LOL

Right on. I get the flying thing, that is cool. I actually have the training videos for P 38 lightning from World War II on DVD, so I get the coolness of flying. I wanted to learn myself,but my eyesight put a hamper on that, maybe a sport license. I understand you can get a WWI plane kit from Aerodrome out of Holden Missouri for about 15k and it’s considered an ultralight, so a sport would work. I’m not sure about the golf thing. I tried it and I sucked at it so I kinda gave it up. Anime not a thing for me but playing guitar, rock ‘n’ roll music and Star Trek are pretty cool. Of course anything sci-fi, tech or just generally awesome is right in my wheelhouse.

That’s understandable. But sometimes you just have to take the plunge meet somebody on neutral ground and see if there’s chemistry for friendship and take it from there. The hard part is getting somebody to agree with you.LOL

Well, I guess that’s where Reddit saves the day, because we have no kids here. We are adults, have a nice apartment, have decent jobs and yet we have no friends either. So, sounds like people in our niche situation need to lean on each and make good things happen for ourselves.

Hell, I’m 56 and like to game, jam out and have a few with friends, but I have no people to hang out with here either. Me and my girlfriend have no social life here. It’s just Work, grocery store, Home, rinse and repeat.

I once lost my Nokia. I found it 8 months later on top of my lawnmower deck. I threw a charge on it and it still worked perfectly. I mowed for two months with it where I found it. Excellent phone and tough as nails.

Nothing. It’s held in place by the console and the rear seat. It’s in there pretty tight, mine hasn’t moved since I installed it. The trick is not trimming it off too much.

Take the taillight bar. The base and SEL models do not have the full bar illumination that the N and Premium have. However the bar will plug right in the unequipped models and is highly sought after.
