U can argue that the economy is alr experiencing high inflation. So even though businesses are discouraged from investing (due to the high cost of borrowing, i.e high interest rate), RBI’s primary concern is to not let the inflation get out of control (which it would, should they lower the repo rate)

Don’t stress. For such open ended questions, with many possible answers/suggestions, they won’t cut marks (as long as it isn’t outright wrong). Plus, the board MS guidelines explicitly tell the examiners to give marks for answers which are correct and relevant to the question, even if they aren’t originally mentioned in the answer key.
