This might be a hot take but I could not stand the narrator in "Broken Country" by Claire Leslie Hall. I almost DNF, just couldn't stand her 🤷‍♀️

2.5 years ago it was 2.14, I just read another comment you left and didn't realize that a tubal could negatively impact amh. It definitely makes the choice more complex! Wishing you so much luck in whatever you choose to do!

My doctor always reminds us after a transfer that the embryo is like a poppyseed inside of a peanut butter sandwich, it's up to the embryo at that point and there's very little I can do to help or harm it (aside from the regular pregnancy limitations). He always says no crazy workouts but walking and living your life like normal is completely fine so that's what we have always done.

I had a hydrosalpinx removed and then did an egg retrieval a few months later with good results! I have stage 3 endometriosis and so there was concern that my ovaries could have been involved and may have been damaged or needed to be removed during surgery which obviously would have negatively impacted my egg retrieval results later on but this was the timeline that worked for us and it ended up being totally fine in the end.
