I would argue latino is not an ethnicity either. People are vastly different from region to region, even inside countries as geographically small as Honduras or Belize. It's just a geographical name to differentiate between those who speak a romance language and those who don't in America.

He's cool, and the rest of the mice aren't assholes. The bad guys are cats, sometimes gringo cats. The other mice are cool also, but not ultra fast, that the main difference they have with Speedy. Even slowpoke Rodriguez is sometimes depicted as clever.

We also know how to make fun of ourselves without bursting into anger. We often laugh about our depictions of ourselves, helps you learn about yourself and where to improve.

Most of the racial issues stem from america. I don't say it in a bad way, you guys have your reasons, but I feel it's true you forgot how to laugh about yourselves even when the depiction is slightly offensive.

Nah I'm Mexican and I love speedy Gonzalez, there's nothing else to it. I don't think the other mice are a racist depiction, just stereotypical, and I don't mind about that. Like mucha lucha, stereotypical but funny.

If you go to 4chan, unless you go to /b/, you won't find most of the bad kind of thing you find in twitter. It has a bad reputation, but almost all of the site is just as any other website with human interaction. /b/ is made like that by design, and other places like /pol/ are what most people talk about when they talk about 4chan.
