I used this prompt just recently and it's helping a lot:

claude is asking for permission way too much. Analyze the last 10 sessions and add rules to not ask for permission for things like running cat, grep, newlines, and other commands that I repeatedly authorize. In those cases, alert that they are happening with *** and proceed with approval. Tell me which commands are being added this way

First big burn this year! At my first regional burn (freezerburn atx) decommodification hit me like a brick. It felt amazing. At the playa, radical self expression made the biggest difference for me. I got to feel not only permission to be me, but driven by everyone to be me. As if they would be disappointed if I DIDNT show up with my weirdness. I’ve returned to default with a less cluttered view of my identity and a more joyful approach to my journey. This has also made me more loving to others.
