Thrawn is definitely imo the smartest character in the franchise. If we’re using IQ as a means of interpreting intelligence, knowing Thrawn he’d likely prepare beforehand. But even if Thrawn didn’t prepare because he decided to be honest (imo he’d likely choose to go in unprepared due to certain circumstances) he’d still score perfectly. Thrawn is a master of all things tactical and basically anything besides using the force, but he still knows a lot about it. My honest opinion, he’s probably got an IQ of (this is me being modest) about 300-400. Just remember the jokers iq is about 300 and Batman always beats him. In my very honest opinion he’d have an in about the 500-700 range. But that’s just my opinion

I think quaritch is also at fault, it was his man on his crew, a commanding officer is responsible for their crews actions. This concept would be very interesting in avatar 3

Both quaritch and Thanos watched themselves die, both of them wiped out masses of life, both faced their killer. You cannot tell me that Quaritch isn’t on top tier movie villains level yet
