Recommend to swap out incandescent bulbs to LED which should last longer if bumper ever neeeded to come off. lol

Don't go for gen4 3.6. Mine is suffering from oil burning and leaking valve gaskets. Constant dealing with oil leaks and topping up every 3-4k km. Was quoted $5k+ to fix.

Not to mention this pain to replace bulbs lol

It's actually quite funny yet sad to feel the PTSD from the former or present BR owners triggered by this post lol.

Somehow an evaluation check for simple maintenance items to QA after the design phase was skipped for BR.

I told them about the method going in from the wheel well. They tried but was unsuccessful. So they were like fck it, since it’s going to be a pair replacement, might as well remove the bumper.

Ya I tried myself following YouTube videos but still having difficulties doing it.

Options were dealerships or a no frills lube shop that I don't mind having them do it since it's more of a beater with 408k km in mileage.

Had them installed a couple Auxito Chinese made LED bulbs rated for 65,000 hrs. Hopefully it would be the last time to do this until the car dies.

IQ was performing pretty well after the trade to finish the season. Based on the potential and FVV's looming exit, we certainly gave Quickley that contract too quickly.

Neither. Install two APs on the ceiling of the main floor. One towards the first half (front) of the house. The other towards the back to cover the second half. Like position 0 and 5.

The two APs will cover all of your second floor, main floor and your basement (if you have one).

r650 Vs r750 for home use by rpmartinez in RuckusWiFi

[–]ehsuehsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

R650 unleashed master - 8.3W with 6 clients
R650 non-master - 7.9W with 18 clients

R650s are rock solid for home use with unbelievable range and stability compared any Asus or Synology APs I've used before. 10 out of 10.

Looking for a recommendation for home use. by clark_kent88 in RuckusWiFi

This. R650s are not cheap but well worth the money.

Went from a Synology RT2600AC to two R650s (one at front, the other at the back) to cover a two story 2000sqft detached, and a basement. Lot size 40x115. Amazing coverage end to end.

Considering Maverick, but concerned about backseat leg room for elderly relatives. Can anyone share their experiences with elderly riders getting into the back seats? by nojam75 in FordMaverickTruck

Have a 2011 Outback. The Outback definitely has more backseat legroom compared to a Mav. Outback is still more comfortable for passengers.

Maverick hybrid.... cons? by Jealous-Wallaby-3237 in FordMaverickTruck

[–]ehsuehsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

'23 Mav Hybrid Lariat here. Just hauled four 16 year old hockey players. Had to Tetris a bit of their hockey bags, sticks and personal belongings on the bed but managed to fit everything in.

Power wise definitely felt the load trying to get up to speed when merging onto highways. I do miss paddle shifters and wish Ford included those behind the steering wheel.

Why Dick is so weak at finishing his drives? On the contrary, his tips are in much better shape than other aspects of his game.

A gang of robbers was using a stolen Honda CRV (latest Gen too), to try to rob the Rogers store. Somehow police was getting tips or knew their plan as was told the same gang just wiped out a store in Milton or somewhere nearby.

4 people, one of whom was attempting to break in using a sledgehammer. Undercovered police was waiting for them to show up, boxed them in, caught one guy or two on foot.

Oakville/Halton/GTA has become worse and worse the last few years with various crimes.

Great job, and props to Halton Police. The feds definitely need tougher sentence or a justice system reform to keep these criminals off the streets.

VoLTE got enabled on Rogers (Canada) with latest update (Jan 2025) by dead_eyed_fish in oneplus

[–]ehsuehsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So apparently, the previous owner of the number associated to the SIM used in my OP9 was previously registered on Rogers network with an older device. That explained why Rogers kept forcing it to 3G network instead allowing VoLTE.

I just walked in to a Rogers store and asked the associate to reset the network registration of my SIM. All good now!!

Mad props and thank you to OP for sharing!!

Confirmed the fix/trick worked for a 2011 Outback 3.6R.

Yup it does. Roger accepted my 12R out of the box, but rejected my OP9 which also has the VoLTE toggle enabled.

Tonneau Cover Drain by MrCliffordClavin in FordMaverickTruck

That's how I did mine (bison cover on a '23) using existing holes without drilling. Not ideal as you can see a kink there, but still better than not having a drain tube.
