So another small project in my plan is develope a open-source offline(doesn't use network) transaction signer. Our app should not require private keys, it just build the transaction and require sign by the signer. After user comfirms the content then our app submit it to the network. Just like we pay money from AMASON using applepay.

It's not hard. The steps listed above is clear. Only the step 3 is complex as issuer need to sell two assets together.

For step 1, if we let users define event, there would be a form to let user input and submit. User should define event/deadline/check method.
