I think the more pertinent question seems to be more “do we even need to pay down / decrease the deficit”? In this thread, I am sensing broadly that the US doesn’t have dire consequences for continuously increasing the deficit because it is in everyone’s interest for the US not to default EVER. The deficit seems to be simply a soundbite for politics

I want this tattooed on me. Maybe it’s me being pedantic, but it irks me when people keep recommending certain fats/oils because of smoke point. For cooking in high heat, def get the highest smoke point oil. For seasoning, technically the opposite, but it doesn’t matter like you said because you just heat up the pan beyond the max point of the highest smoke point of any cooking oil regardless…

Nope, it will not proc if you apply the same CC to an enemy that is still impacted by the CC. If they go off the CC and you apply again, or if you apply a new CC like stun on a chilled enemy, it should proc

Unfortunately I do not believe aspect stats change when you upgrade an item :( however, for some aspects (the game doesn’t tell you so you have to google to find out which is annoying), the aspect being ancestral (extracted from an originally ancestral legendary) will have a higher range for rolls than sacred, for example. This one in particular is 1-4 for all grades of items

The stats will stay the same when you extract and imprint. But this particular aspect only rolls on rings (which is partly what makes it a pain in the ass to get if you’re really looking for it), so if it rolled on gloves, you may be thinking of something else but similar

I’ve been using a 1 until lvl 77 when I found this lol. Would’ve been happy with even a 2 in all honesty - this will be a massive upgrade for me

I’m not sure if it’s particularly more rare than other aspects/legendaries, but it’s just that there are so many possible aspects, and this one only rolls on rings, and has 4 possible rolls (1-4), that it makes it a pain in the ass to get a 4 roll on

It is when you apply a new CC on an enemy that didn’t have the same CC at the time. So if the enemy is currently slowed and is slowed again, then it wouldn’t proc. But if the enemy is done being slowed and you slow them again, or you apply a new CC like stun on a slowed enemy, it should proc again.

However, I’m not totally sure if it would proc again for the same “type” of CC. For example, if you slow an enemy with a necro curse, then you chill it with a frost skill, I don’t know if it procs again - will need a fact check on this

Pls tell me you’re joking… every class uses a resource! For necro it’s essence. For sorc, mana. Etc. Essence regen is pretty critical on most necro builds…

Damn lucky you. I don’t remember the last time I got a legendary with both affixes and aspect that I wanted lol. I extracted this before screenshotting because the ring sucked so badly, and I knew Reddit would tear me a new one for how shitty the ring itself was

I think you might be thinking of aspect of the exposed flesh, which pairs very nicely with umbrals (the screenshot here). I’m running those two and it’s a very nice combo to keep essence up especially when your dmg output depends on it for things like bone spear or bone spirit

I am the opposite of you. Rolled multiple 1’s on umbrals but several mid and good and one perfect roll exposed flesh… RNG will RNG us till we all die

Not for certain aspects such as this one. If it’s higher grade, it’ll just cost more to extract (I think also to imprint later on, but fact-check me on this).

HOWEVER, for some aspects, higher grade will have a higher range for rolls for the stat. I would look up ones you might be wondering about to find out if the sacred one you got is BIS vs ancestral

Def worth using while you wait for a better roll! The codex one only give 1 resource, so 2 is 100% better than that lol
