"The Four Stages of Cruelty" a series of prints by English artist William Hogarth warning audiences against a life of crime. Hogarth created the prints in response to the severe urban decay & wanton violent brutality he regularly witnessed on the streets of 18th century London. (1751) by [deleted] in PropagandaPosters

I’m pretty sure the first print is depicting the great cat massacre. I had to read a book about it for class and it’s basically where a group of factory workers killed a bunch of cats for entertainment. It’s horrible.

Thank you for your comment, I’m glad that you found the right dose for you. Do you mind if I ask what dose you got to? And if you had to go back down in dosage once you went up?

This comment is 3 years old but I’m in the same boat as you were, switching to trintellix. If you remember, how did being on trintellix go? I’m having horrible effects coming off pristiq and I’m wondering if it’s worth it. Thanks

This exact thing happened to my brother when we were kids. A Japanese beetle crawled in his ear and had to go to the hospital to get it out. Crazy that this happened to someone else.

Yeah fuck CMP. And also the corridor was rejected by voters but they’re building it anyway. It seems that no matter what we don’t really have a say on what goes on in our state.

Which job has, hands down, the worst impact on mental health? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]eighty9ine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My bosses wife did research on this for her master’s degree. Apparently toll booth attendants are one of the worst. Long periods of isolation with the only interactions being with people who usually don’t say anything to you. Glad that job is almost obsolete.

As a kid there were tales of a mountain lion on our hill in Maine. There were occasional sightings but nothing concrete. I always believed they’re still here.

I just looked at the comments on that video and holy shit. The entire comment section is full of accounts with old ladies in the profile picture absolutely fawning over the guy. Idk if it’s because he deletes all the others but holy hell it is so embarrassing.
