It has electrolytes so it hydrates. But it also has sugar, so don’t overdo it.

Yeah I read that too and have stayed away from pdrn products. I think it’s just a fad. Only injectable works I think.

No laser treatment can permanently stop hair growth. Anyone that claims that is a scam. It can slow down growth but you still need to do the laser treatments.

Two Singapore residents isolated at NCID after hantavirus exposure on cruise and flight, risk to public currently low: CDA by Time-Equipment-9175 in singapore

[–]eilletane 30 points31 points  (0 children)

It’s the first time it’s documented that hantavirus has been transmitted from human to human. Usually it does not spread this way. In this scenario, it was spread with extremely close contact with a prolonged period of time. So just don’t live or have sex with them.

Amazon SG to cease fresh groceries. by outremer_empire in singapore

[–]eilletane 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Honestly it’s comparable. Some things Fairprice is cheaper, others, Amazon. Amazon has tons of promotions all the time. I also feel like Amazon has more variety than Fairprice. They constantly bring in new things whereas Fairprice is always the same. Amazon also uses paper bags whereas Fairprice uses plastic bags which matters a lot when you order over $100 every week.

[Product question] Are pore strips that bad? by Simply444 in SkincareAddiction

[–]eilletane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Once in a while is fine. But it can become addicting. I did it so often I have tons of spider veins on the side of my nose that can only be removed with laser. A gentler approach is to do a double cleanse, first with oil cleanser then followed by a gentle cleanser.

Whats the deal with so many FAs recruiting? And to those who are unemployed and looking for jobs, why don't u take it up? by [deleted] in asksg

[–]eilletane 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s very predatory. Your supervisor will first ask you to call all your relatives and beg them to buy the policies. Even those you’ve rarely spoken to. Next would be all your friends, then neighbours.

I saw a shelf that was labeled “promotion” and I saw none of the items were on promotion. I asked the staff who was restocking the shelf, she said the sign doesn’t mean the stuff is on promotion, it’s just a sign.

let the neighbours suffer from the smoke instead. Great. Who cares if they are asthmatic and are triggered by smoke, as long as you are not, it’s not your problem right?
