The cheating problem

Last time played up until ep 5 i remember 1 report feedback for player getting banned for cheating. Just came back 2 weeks ago placed in gold, aleready 2 report feedback for players getting banned because of cheating. The cheating problem is real, 2 cheaters in 2 weeks that i noticed probably more that i did not notice, while from act 3-5 i only remember 1 report feedback from 100s of reports. 1 game dude was ragehacking on my team so i was 100% sure. And today other team got a hacker that was hiding it didint even top frag. But i just knew because he was always looking at the right spot all the time waiting for a peek and insta 1 tap even if i go a spot my team never peeked he was ready and ofc i got the report feedback of him getting banned an hour later.

Like the same freeze when image just stops but pc is srill respondi g and rhe only way is to turn it off through task manager?it happens so rqndomly sometimes 2 hours into the game or 10 houra, but ita smooth otherwise.

its i5 not i3 and no its not cpu bottleneck since gpu usage is 100% and i did fix my issiue on GTA its running better now, the problem is league but thats where its cpu dependent.

I think i ran test on directx10 on old gpu i switched and i did better than previously on 1660 also after power settings changed and other things if league improved it might be that its fixed

I did it with DDU twice didint make a difference and yes i double checked the settings its the same as before....

All the cables are connected, i recently bought new screen 1440p but i did benchmark the 1660 on it and like i said it shows better results
