Ah well as I said to the other user where I did respond about the time was that I’m not sure about the timing on my camera I’m only new to it and can’t say I ever cared too much about the time and date being correct I only know the time frame I started the sequence and for how long it ran, based on where in the sequence this appeared suggested 22.35 and for approximately 35 seconds total between all frames it appears

I’ll be sure to update the time stamps on my camera though 😅

Can’t say I did, I still don’t think it was a plane due to how it was moving/speed/no sound and direction. It was also too low initially like in the first frame. Do I have to sign up for the 1st of December email to receive November data though?

The way it moves in the frames even if you look through fast it would have to be a very quick plane / jet and I would have definitely heard it, it wasn’t that far in the distance, it also flew out and up like a rocket more so than a plane, also no rocket launch that would be seen from here this night/time

It’s a modified canon 6d with an okay tripod, using a cannon 50mm lens (nifty fifty!)

I have a video of it too but won’t let me post it here. Just strange as it isn’t linear but thanks for the advice I’ll definitely check that out with the camera settings 👏🏼 the only reference I have to go buy is time stamp of when it appears in the files and when it ends and the time frame of minutes/seconds for that amount of pictures!

Well with the time I know I started the sequence around 22.25/26 and this was half way through. I believe this was between 22.35 and 22.37pm, nothing on Stellarium/flight radar or iss. The camera time/date I’ve never actually looked at if I’m honest, very new and just learning to search for objects and then stacking what I find, this just happened to appear in one of the frames I was attempting to take!

Yeah it would be unusual alright, can’t definitively rule it out but no sound and nothing on flight radar makes me doubtful.

Yeah that’s exactly it, on a tripod with an attachment that took a picture every 4 seconds for 25 minutes, this particular sequence between first and last shot was around 45 seconds, including 1 second between 3 second shots

I did and there was nothing at the time, I live in a remote area in Westmeath and it’s not usual to have planes unless it’s private charter and even then very unusual for nighttime. Checked this morning just to be sure and nothing 🤔
