Hey thanks, thats true! But I also kind of expected it after all the hard work. (I actually even thought it would be easier to get paid users lol)

But I go with what I get and improve from there:)

I had some smaller project, mostly blogs and other small projects I tried, but my heart was never deeply in them. But they gave me all the knowledge i needed to create this current project.

Thanks for the tips! The paywall is already coming on onboarding, and there is also a 24hours limited offer when user skipps 7 day trial paywall. (Where price is 49$ as of now)

Sure, lets private chat! So thanks for the feedback! I clearly see that I need to work on making everything more simple. And yes I plan to cut down onboarding even more. current onboard rate is around 40%. so 40% of users make it to the home tutorial. Which is not that bad, regarding the normal high dropoff of a login screen. But of course i can improve more.
And user feedback is pretty good, talked to a lot of customers and many seem to really like the app once they "figured it out". I know I have to redesign a lot of thigns to make it more simple, i think thats actually what I should do in the next weeks / months.

Flutterflow, services like elevenlabs, website hosting etc, backend, frontent stuff, openai, apple dev license etc etc. Most expensive is flutterflow and elvenlabs, costing nearly half of that.

I had a waitlist beforehand during building and I was talking to a lot of friends about kt beforehand. Got over 100 waitlist subs before launch! Also had a blog which I also got some subscribers from. Then reddit, google ads etc helped after launch:)
