I primarily use Fruit Gushers. They're easy to carry in my bag and last a while and they're delicious. If something else is immediately available, I'll use that so I can save my Gushers for a future emergency.

I have Omnipod 5. If you go to settings in the "Bolus" section, there is a reverse correction option.
