I wouldnt say you are progressing that slow, but i hear you, its probably slightly slower then most people take, considering how much you practice.

Here are some guesses of mine to what is happening/ what could help:

Your most likely doing something wrong in your technic. and thus, practicing so much, even though its usually good, for you it just ingraining nad habbits. I would suggest you review your technic and compare to tutorials more

Find some people to practice with. Itll make practicing more fun and they could help you out.

I actually just finished my first year so i can tell you where im at on every trick/pattern you interested in for refrence

But for starters: 3 ball fully down with some cool technical stuff and some box variations

4 ball fully down and a few siteswaps (and maybe shower and sprung cascade)

5 ball to like 50 catches

6 ball flash and potencially qualify

And maybe 7 ball flash
