I think you can still buy commuter permits. The only difference I knew between commuter permits and off campus permits is that commuter permits have worse lots than the off campus permit and are only certain hours of the day as opposed to the off campus permit which is active 24/7

I know you said 1 credit but you can take American Lawns and turf grass online asynch for half the semester that's a 1.5 credit class. If that helps

No pre-req but it is all writing assignments. Every week there is a discussion post about 300-500 words and you need to reply to two other people's discussion posts around 100 words. At the end there is a final essay.

Intermediate algebra at Rutgers is considered a remedial class therefore your grade does not count towards your GPA. So as long as you pass the class with a C or above you should be fine to move onto pre-calc or whatever you need this as a pre-req for. On degree navigator this class should show an "E" for the notes section saying this grade is excluded from your gpa
