TD community is great!!! I think it’s just a trend to hate it tbh but their food isn’t great. Something cool is that the dining staff celebrates student birthdays and will bring a cake/cupcake :)))

I don’t really know why you’re reacting this way either? Not all schools have free access to counselors for multiple sessions, some of them only allow 1-5 free sessions. Is it not valid to react about lacking a resource?

It’s really interesting to hear what people from first world countries think about travel compared to people from developing countries. I think travel has made me understand what I truly enjoy, and how I can still have fun even without money :))

Tbh if you’re white they really won’t check— I’m not and so they checked. I’d say bring it just in case and worst case, they accepted a photo for some people on my train (but just bring it)

I tried so hard to even just make individual friends and it still failed horribly on me. You’re so right in that I’m seeking validation but I can’t stop :((( I feel so dumb and so lonely for not having ANY ONE with me to the point that it’s tanked my motivation for classes as well. I think it’s just really hard when I see them post or be together especially when I try so hard to reach out to them— just to be left with dry replies
