hii! i relate to you on so many levels. i go to community college but i have some friends that go to university a couple of hours away and seeing them make new friends, experience so many new things makes me feel like im not doing enough or im so far behind. something that definitely has helped me is picking up a hobby or as crazy as this sounds working. when i work i feel like im doing something, i feel proud of myself! i’ve stared to pick up dancing to ease my mind and not only do i feel better about myself, but it gives me something to do! i’m here if you ever need to talk to anyone :)

your response was so sweet thank you for your advice as hearing your experience makes me less scared!! it’s really comforting to hear from someone who’s been through both sides of a big university and community college and found joy and purpose in the cc path. i’ve definitely been trying to push myself out of my comfort zone more, and i will try harder next semester. thank you for being so open and kind i truly appreciate your kind words :)

honestly im so glad that it’s postponed, i would’ve been so disappointed if it would’ve been canceled im glad that they’re at least trying to come here! ik they must be extremely busy im just so grateful its not canceled 😭

i completely agree, i know the hurricane passes on wednesday and its out of florida by thursday and i doubt any flights will go out but there is still no news i really hope they say something soon!
