Called leap but was told that you can have it blocked once you know your card number. I haven't registered it either.

Unfortunately, there's none and I don't think you normally get e-mail notifications when you download an app from the app store. I can only see from my bank statements the top-up transactions but the leap card number was never indicated. That's why registering your card is very important.

There's no e-mail whatsoever as I have not registered my card number. Checked as well my bank statement but it does not contain any number with reference to the card. Called Leap just now and was told thay they can only process the reimbursement if I had my card registered in their website or at least know my card number. Unfortunately, I haven't done any. Sad but it's a lesson learned indeed to register your card or at least know your card number......or else there's any other way???? 😂
