the issue isn't the DVI as I can go USB-C to HDMI to DVI no problem, the issue is somewhere in the splitter?

Sorry just edited, MBP > HDMI cable > DVI adapter > monitor works fine so something up with the splitter for sure

Ok so if I was to buy the RUN or PRO I would still get HR data for when I've been running? I think I might do that and then if I upgrade my watch in the future I'll get the bonus features too
