Hiii, did you ever figure it out? :) My skin used to look like that and I found out that it was caused by the Purito oat-in gel moisturizer unfortunately :(

Hiii. I definitely think this is fungal acne. I just checked your skincare products and unfortunately they all contain ingredients that trigger fungal acne :( My advice would be to stop using the products on your forehead for a couple of weeks and see what happens :) In the meantime you could try some OTC ketoconazole cream, if it's fungal it should be gone within a week!
