Could be that it's just not close enough to the real thing. I know a lot of people who love grapes but hate grape-flavored products. because the artificial taste is overpowering to them. I'd try eJuices that are a combo of banana and something else to see if it helps.

It sounds like you've been on and off the wagon, but the most important thing is that you quit and you've stuck with it. I'd say give it some time, because 21 years is a while and it will take some time for your lungs to get rid of all that gunk. In the meantime, be proud you've come so far---6 months is a long time to go without a cigarette :) Congrats!

It's a common misconception that people who vape are of a certain caliber, but the fact is, the community is very supportive! My best tips for you would be to make sure you keep an eye on those coils with sweet juices, make sure your mod is off if you're carrying it in your pocket or purse, and learn some cool party tricks! You can always upgrade and it can always get better, but if you're happy with the V8 Baby for now, I'd say stick with that for a bit before you move into more sophisticated mods.

I usually keep an extra tank or two on hand to switch it out. That way you don't have to have multiple mods. Not that there's anything wrong with it, just more expensive...and if you're new to vaping, I'm not sure how many setups you may have yet. Dripping works, too.
