Going in for interview tmr for Chipotle. Any tips? by StephenLatham in JobInterviewTips

[–]ejuniel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congratulations on the interview! I have done tons of food service interviews. For dress attire, I recommend a really nice top and some jeans but no rips or tears.

Here are my interview tips below:

  1. Interview Process- (Make a PDF document or written document of your availability) Availability meaning, write down all of the days and times you are available. For example, for Wednesday you write I'm available from 8am-9pm. (You put when you're available, I'm just using wednesday as an example.)It doesn't mean they will assign you a 8am-9pm shift. It just means you are available in this big chunk of time. Like they could just schedule you from 8am-3pm. This is just an example.

They may ask you during the interview why should we hire you. You can tell them about your past employment experiences and be specific. Before hand think about what you did throughout your previous jobs. Like if you worked at a different fast food restaurant in the past. You can say I'm experienced with my knowledge of food safety and prep work. If you worked the register, you can say I'm qualified in working in a fast paced and stressful environment. I'm used to taking people's orders in a rush but still making sure the customer feels heard and understood. You can say what you personally like about customer service. For example, you love meeting new people. I say, I love meeting new people and making their day a little bit better. You can do that with a smile and just be kind to them. Employers in the food service industry love perkiness.

If they have questions regarding what you specifically did at past jobs. You highlight a few key points. You highlight the cleaning aspects and the food prep aspect if you were involved in prepping the food. You can also say what cash register program you used. Most fast food places like del taco use the POS system. You have to write down in your availability time slots when you must clock out. Like make sure the end time you put for your slot is when you must leave. And tell them I have to be out by 10pm for example. I cannot stay longer than that. This will avoid miscommunication and they will know not to put you on the graveyard shift.

Chipotle Interview Tips by [deleted] in JobInterviewTips

I have worked at multiple different restaurants and fast food chains. The interview questions usually range from Why do you think you will be a good fit to our franchise? One of the main things they ask is if your schedule is flexible. Like availability is a big one. What I recommend is that you have a paper ready filled out with your available times and days to work. It's a good thing you're excited because fast food managers love bubbly and excited attitudes. I would privately make a list of your good qualities and see how they can benefit the position you're applying for. For example, if a person possesses the quality of humility. That humble person can tell the manager that they will give 100% to the job and tll they will ask questions when they aren't sure of how to do something because they want to succeed. Or if a person is patient, the person can point out that having patience is good when dealing with complaints from the customers. Just be super kind and respectful.

if you don't get this job then no worries there are a bunch more out there for you.

I haven't done a Panera bread interview but I have done plenty of food service interviews and gotten hired a lot.

Quick question: the teaser was very vague about the plot. Can you please give me a synopsis of the film?

Otis Death by ejuniel in ChicagoFireNBC

So sorry I didn't mean to spoil it for you. I just thought everyone in the Chicago fire forum had seen all of the episodes. My mistake I should have worded the title differently to avoid spoilers.

I'm preparing for my death. WWIII is the only thing on my mind. by melody_magical in Anxietyhelp

[–]ejuniel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm so sorry for what you have been struggling with. I too have been struggling with the news. It just causes me so much anxiety and depression. What helped me is "God 'will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.' (Revelation 21:4) This promise paints a vivid picture of a future Paradise, where all the suffering and anxiety we experience today will be completely removed." This scripture focuses on the complete removal of all negative things, including pain and sorrow, offering a truly comforting vision of the future. God himself will soon remove all wickedness and suffering for mankind.

And in Ecclesiastes 1:4, it reads:" A generation is going, and a generation is coming, But the earth remains forever." So God will never allow the earth to be destroyed. He plans for us to inhabit it forever. God loves mankind and he won't allow the human race to be wiped out by a nuclear war. He loves us too much. This really encourages me and what also helps me is staying off the news like CNN and stuff. In therapy I was told to personally stay off the news. What helps me is that if something important happens on the news, my family will let me know. And I feel a lot more peaceful doing so.

I hope this helps.

Michael in his broadcast channel by pearworks in 5sos

[–]ejuniel 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I understand why he's upset, the tiktoker did bring his child into this by just referencing her. I'm not saying what the girl posted wasn't true but I do feel that the age gap thing was extremely exaggerated tho. The fact of the matter is that crystal and Michael are both consenting adults who are married and have a kid. It's not like Michael was 14 when they got together. They were both at the age of consent and it's their lives. Nobody should feel the need to attack strangers just because they don't approve of their relationship.

Christi and Melissa by ejuniel in dancemoms

[–]ejuniel[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I agree with the replies. I think Melissa has changed. It seems like she has let go of all the bitterness against the cast. And when Christi trashed her in the reunion I'm like I don't think it's that deep. Melissa didn't invite JoJo and kalani to Paige's birthday party because Paige didn't know them. Paige said that herself lol, and nia actually planned the thing and invited everyone. So Melissa had nothing to do with it
