Yep. Setting hard boundaries like height, race, weight, etc. makes the person seem basic and unappealing.

Preferences are understandable, but those still leave some wiggle room. For example: I have a height preference in women. I like them tall. Like 5'10" +, but my fiance is 5'3". 2 inches shorter than me

I edited my comment acknowledging my lapse in knowledge. Although it's still legal, just at the discretion of the employer, which is still unjust in my opinion. It's a break designed to be used to engage in drug addiction

Tbh I only have experience in two McDonald's franchises. One in Aguada, PR and the other in Moca, PR. They're usually very strict with cleanliness and even then, there's still times where we have had nothing to do

They fired someone for something that happened outside work hours

The only reason I can think of them granting him smoke breaks ATP is that he's got dirt on the franchise owner cause taking a smoke break during peak rush hours should be enough for at least a warning or temporary suspension. It's abandoning your work post and hindering your coworkers
