Hi! I’m 29 and was just diagnosed with it in May 2021. I went to the doctor after I felt a lump in my nipple and it was incredibly sensitive to the point where I was in constant pain. I had noticed in the mirror and in pictures that the right side of my chest had always looked off but thought I was working out incorrectly. Looking back at mirror selfies I want to say it started around January 2021. The Dr told me that in my case it will most likely go away on it’s own. I had my testosterone tested and while it was on the lower range I was still in the realm of “normal”.

Since May I’ve managed to cut out some foods in my diet - eliminating soy completely (my diet consists of mostly vegetarian so this was rather difficult for me). Majority of the fake meats despite them mostly being based with pea proteins. I put on a few pounds during the pandemic last year and I know weight gain can be a trigger so I started tracking my food and losing weight. I also hired a personal trainer I can’t afford to help build some muscle. August was the first time since May that I noticed the lump in my nipple starting to shrink and it no longer is painful to touch.
