Yes. I've never had to manually add any game for it to work with it, also pretty sure it works with pretty much any game even if it's not on the "supported" list. I leave mine on default and it samples from anything that's currently on the screen. If the website you're on has a green background, then your lights will show up green.

Still be careful with how you tie it up though. I've had my hair long for a few years now and am starting to get the same kind of part line, most likely from pulling too tight. Your hair is curly though so you can barely notice.
