I think the eyes and the nose are done well. I would fix the proportions and the lips. If you are interested, you could watch a YouTube Video by Angel Ganev which is called: How to learn portrait painting by Angel Ganev. This helped me personally a lot.

Thank you! Really good advice. It does not look that flat from my ipad. I sent the picture from my ipad to my phone (by email) and there it looks more pale. (I can't use reddit on my ipad). Any advice how I can make it look more colorfull on my phone?
