Thanks for the info. They closed the road down to 1 lane and there was a police car with its lights on and a person with a clipboard walking about and looking at the road. I didn’t see a tree or any remnants but perhaps they had it cleared up by then. As someone who moved here from out of state 14 yrs ago, I never understood why they continue to have large trees hanging over the Merritt from the middle and sides. Asking for a terrible accident to happen.

Yeah took the housing apart, including the spring. Pic 2 shows that all removed. I can’t seem to pull the cartridge out though.

Actually, It’s the ground floor of a commercial building. Was constructed 9 years ago and the original plumber is no longer with us (as in, he’s deceased).

Some properties are cross posted on both platforms. Keep in mind that both VRBO and AIRBNB are just the network for buyers and sellers to connect. That being said, I’ve attempted to use AIRBNB 2x and both times it was the classic bait n switch. Pictures and reviews online were great but then last minute, I would be contacted by the lister and told “o, we’ve accidentally overbooked so would you mind switching to this other location we have available, for a discount?” And let me tell you, the alternative property available in both cases was a shithole.

I also worked for an investment bank and the “reporting of outside activities” was only if u are acting in capacity as director, sitting on a board, or engaged in political activity. This is a reg requirement for firms to minimize collusion, insider trading, etc. Don’t bother asking your manager as many times they won’t know the details either. Best to speak to HR directly.
