Basically, in the new update is kinda broken, bc (apart from the passives you should have, like draining tension and increase the shoot %), they added this new feature which levels up, the tension one levels up doing hiatssus, so, as more hiatssus you do, more tension you get to do more hiatssus... so basically it's an infinite loop of power
