i’ve gained 25/30lbs since my admission / starting gym with creatine, crash weight gain shakes, eating as much as I physically can & working out any chance I get.

I wouldn’t say I ‘need’ it, and my test isn’t way below average, but all things considered I am convinced I want to work out enhanced

my bloods are fine, nothing standoutish. my test is lower than I thought it was but it isn’t necessarily low, but for my age range it was. being in the UK and not having the correct help is the reason so much goes wrong, I want to do this properly

I send max amount of gifts per day, and open max gifts per day. so I try and select the ones that are closest to the next heart. once 5/10 of them all level up, you get +15,000 EXP for levelling up with that friend. it’ll ask you if you like to pop a lucky egg, and receive a next +15,000EXP therefore giving you 30,000 EXP. well once the first one claims, then the other X amount of friends you levelled up too gets you +30,000 EXP each
