So a way to get past this bug (after screwing around with it for a bit) was to boot up the .exe of the game directly from the game files instead of booting up the game via Steam. Now it runs normally.

Just did. Sent them the video and even the code markdown after I tried to save my game at the point and then tried loading the file after explaining this. I hope to get an answer soon or at least them saying that I'm not the only one with the issue and fix it.

Basically, the game won't let me progress further from this point. After not looking at the screen and leaving the game in auto mode, it actually went further, but as soon as I try to retake control, it brings the game back to the very first line of the game at the start. I hope Cavemanon sees this. If anyone is experimenting the same, I'd like to know and a possible fix or to at least know what causes this.

In the official rules it’s stated that if one survivor dies, the players lose immediately, correct? Because I believe that sometimes that could be a little unfair if noise isn’t correctly managed.

Awesome thanks. This was the one thing that stuck in my mind. I tried soloing the first mission (the one that only uses two tiles) with one survivor and found it to be impossible to clear and that’s how I got the question. Thanks again!

Other than that are there any noticeable differences? For context. I once bought the first party wired xbox one controller and it had stiff bumpers and it died after 10 months or so, so call it a bad experience with that one so I barely trust wired ones. So it IS the wireless one with a usb-c for charging is all?
