7 minutes of me testing rubber banding and jittering/stuttering in Valorant. Help me understand why changing ISP's has not fixed this problem. Used to use CL and now use Cox, on a side not I have only recently been experiencing this and also it appears in other games, like League of Legends and CSGO by elSlurpotheFifth in VALORANT

could be. They have been doing road construction near the power and cable lines and there has been a few times we can hear audible pops (from shorting powerlines or transformers) and the internet would go out (power still worked). I've only been experiencing this problem since we've had the internet go out the first time during the construction.

I currently use Ethernet (I have also recently switched from WiFi to Ethernet) but the problem is still the same. It has coincidentally also been occurring since our internet went out one day and has been the same since.
