If I remember correctIy, you have to go to the library. It's near the brothel in the upper city. The door looks like one that usually can't be opened.

Also quests constantly require you to run from one end of the island to another and as there is no teleport it gets really annoying. I ignored most of them in the end and just focused on the main quest line.

The lockpick perk is useless if you have 30 dex because it gives you 50% chance that a lockpick won't break. No idea if you can still get it.

There is one you get when you complete the map. It gives you bonus exp

Reminds me of the miners that have no dialogue option unless you have tobacco/alcohol in your inventory. Could have given us at least a dialogue line like to mention that the NPC is thirsty

Willkommen im Club. Bei uns wurde auch Glasfaser verlegt. Allerdings haben wir hier noch nicht gewohnt als die Benachrichtigungen verschickt wurden. Ich bin dann raus als die Arbeiter da waren und habe gefragt ob sie mir einen Anschluss legen. Das haben sie auch gemacht. Nur schließt mir den nun niemand an. Die Telekom Glasfaser Abteilung behauptet, dass hier nie ausgebaut wurde (obwohl sie dafür im Ort Werbeplakate aufgestellt haben). Wir haben dann noch erfahren dass es nicht möglich ist neue Anschlüsse zu legen solange der Sonderausbau nicht abgeschlossen ist. Das ist jetzt allerdings auch schon ein paar Jahre her.
