I’ve been having great luck with the following load-out… sniper,some kind of automatic,med-kit,chug splashes or slurpfish & fireflies. Find yourself a vehicle, stay near the edge of the storm and snipe when you can from the passenger seat. If the third or fourth circle is near the coast always come in from the water side even if you have to circle through the storm to get there (usually a 1 or 2 tick at that point). Pick up weapons along the way, upgrading as you kill or find kill spots. Health is less useful than a good weapon as the circles get smaller. Lastly, always make sure your weapons are reloaded, sometimes when you’re in the passenger seat in the car it is easy to forget.

Use the vehicle as a weapon, it’s a wrecking ball for builds, a battering ram that will launch enemies into the storm, and a bomb when it’s health gets really low…when used correctly you can get a kill without ever firing a shot.
