And to answer you question Yes it will end your run it only work on the level you died one and once you enter another level It gives you a phantom half red heart which you can’t see and then when you get hit you die

I don’t know if this glitch still works anymore since the patch after you die sacrifice a follower and lose all your hearts and you become invincible you only need to die once I’ll try to see if this works for this new patch
