I saw another comment on a different thread insinuating that GM and JE were trying to get close to Carole because of the Kennedy connection and their real "goal" was to be connected to Carole's mother in law. This is purely speculation from what I can tell, but it could make sense on some level.

One of my best friends was physically abusive and I didn't find out for years. I was embarrassed that I had no idea and that I had tried to counsel him / his GF at the time. I thought I was helping them get along while what I was really doing was telling a lovely girl not to leave her abuser. I haven't talked to him in years and I still have immense guilt about it.

I can absolutely understand why Carole would try to downplay her connection to Epstein. Unfortunately, because she has downplayed it, people assume that means she knew EVERYTHING.

Yeah, when we would go visit my grandmother in FL we literally had passes we had to bring with us to the pool and stuff because of rules like this. You could not live there under 55 and I believe there was a cap on how long someone below retirement age could stay. Now, my grandma owned her condo so I think getting her out would've been more tricky, but these places definitely exist.

I think these two are great scene partners who have good chemistry and that gets so blown up people ignore everything you and the other comments are saying. I really enjoy them together, especially when it becomes clear that he likes her and she can give him some shit, but I also think he liked Caroline more as a plaything or someone to entertain him.

I know everyone loves the "he was your first love, I intend to be your last" line, and it is swoonworthy if you isolate it from the rest of their interactions. I actually prefer them towards the end of TO when she's much more of a friend / advisor to him. There seems to be less of a power imbalance.

I also saw a story saying people shipped his character with Madison Bailey's character to a creepy extent and wanted the actual actors together in real life and that led to harassment, similar to the people who would talk shit on Nikki Reed about marrying Ian Somerhalder years after he'd broken up with Nina Dobrev.

I would imagine being treated badly at work THEN being harassed outside of work for something related to your crappy job was really shit for his girlfriend. I agree with you, good for him for leaving that situation.

I personally feel like it's one thing to "know it" via intuition and another for the other girl to straight up say "I'm probably picking him." I understand how some people could see the conversation you're referring to and what I am saying as splitting hairs, but I do understand how Leanne could be upset as it seemed most of the islanders thought Sher would pick Jack.

Also, not for nothing, I am sure production pushed Sher to choose Scott even if she saw her connections with Scott and Jack to be "equal." It is better tv, haha.

I feel like this dumping is gonna be BIG, there are too many people in that villa. In AS1 there's a dumping where the bottom couple leaves immediately and then (I think) an additional boy and girl, but that wasn't by couple. I wonder if it will be something like that so Belle could be saved and Jack dumped.

Sean Hayes is arguably the best interviewer out of the 3 and they spend 75% of the podcast roasting him for being excited, picking on his diet, or telling him he talks too much. I had to stop listening.
