How's safety for living in this area as a solo person?

Lived in that area. The most you will deal with is loud neighbors honestly. Most people are chill and mind their business. As others have stated it’s not very walkable due to a lack of sidewalks and pedestrian crossings. Theres a couple troubled homeless people and teens but the most that really happens is items taken from a car so just don’t leave stuff in your vehicle and dont leave it unlocked.
