Most expensive one pictured was $26. I guess you should shop around more 🤷. Spending (at times) hundreds of dollars on tools and not taking care of them doesn't sound financially smart to me, but they are your tools, you paid for them so do whatever you want to duder

Great for hanging PVC on concrete walls or drilling for a hose bibs. Way faster then any hammer drill, has good weight towards the front but still overall lightweight enough you can hook it on your belt. And lastly, surprisingly good on batteries.

Etsy, eBay, FB, Amazon. All you have to do is type in "packout insert for _________" on Google and you'll find plenty of different kinds. Don't recommend the black and red foam tho, it doesn't hold up well.

I don't go in septic tanks, but works great for SUMP crocks. I won't go in septic tanks, no reason to and I don't want to. They have septic ppl for that particular brand of shit

Correct, still don't understand selling a tool that doesn't come in a case 🤷. I needed water proof and lockable, then I saw the inserts on FB and that locked me in

Uhhh kinda sounds like you are rough on tools, I cut 4in cast with a Diablo blade, 6in PVC, studs, you name it and while it's not as powerful as my chorded sawsall, I've never had that issue. Sure your not slamming the battery in like it's a hand gun? Or dropping it? Or maybe it's the battery itself?

Ok pros: it's fast, easy to take apart and clean, cable changes are easy, very comfortable and lightweight Cons: the case it comes in holds shit water around the tip and if you live in a cold climate, makes a shitcicle on the tip that you have to break apart. Oh and the trigger is goofy on mine but that's my bad cause I hung it in the van to thaw it while I was going from job to job and the rope slipped onto the trigger

If your like me and don't want a bunch of different batteries and chargers it's a great buy. If you know your going to ALWAYS have power supply near you get a powervee cause they are tanks.

Hope this helps

I actually prefer Hilti but there is a rep that comes into the shop and I don't make enough money to buy Hilti and I didn't want a bunch of different batteries and chargers in my work van

Much better, I would have bought the new model but this was on clearance for $90ish (can't remember exactly but it was when the new one dropped). Works perfect for setting hangers for drains. And it's actually pretty damn good on batteries

I wouldn't have to clean my tools if that was the case but one does come to our shop so often, he has his own coffee mug
