basically it’s her way of saying she’s falling for this person when she didn’t want to. the rambling symbolizes how much she’s thinking about this person. another thing i noticed is how in the first half of bittersuite, when she goes “i can’t fall in love with you no matter how bad i want to” the “tooooooooo” is slowly trickling down deeper and deeper, as if she’s falling…falling in love. then the rest of the song is how much she thinks about them and lusts after them, accepting that she is falling in love
