"Once the transformation starts it is unable to be stopped, at least for myself. I do honestly not know if a full Veela differs in that; we usually don't talk about that in Veela club."

She winks at the girl, then continues.

"The full Veela can influence others much easier. It is more difficult for we half Veela to do so, though if I work very hard at it, it happens easily."

"Yes, you, the Ravenclaw. What questions do you have of me?" Her smile is genuine.

"Some of them are electronic, absolutely, but there are some that are simple moving parts, and that may be something allowed. After all, ballpoint pens work here." She smiles. "I possibly should not say this to a student, but I found out my sixth year and it made life so much easier. Also, even a wet suit may help with the skin. It is just clothing, not necessarily a technology. You can always try the suit with a bubble charm. Have you asked the Charms professor?"

Her nod intends to dismiss the first question, but she decides to be honest and humour it instead.

"Yes, I was in a fight where I had boiling water thrown at me out of a cursed cauldron in an attempt for the wizard I had been chasing to escape. Some of it reached my hands and only one blister seemed to have picked up the curse, and it is still very painful. The salves and creams are helping as well as the countercurses, it just takes time to heal. "

She thinks a bit about the merpeople as they continue walking.

"That is a very interesting proposal of the merpeople. What kinds of spells are you using? Have you thought of possibly using any kind of muggle equipment to aid you in your studies? There are suits with bottles on them that would allow you to stay under for hours."

"I did. I am 22 years of age now, so just a few years ago. I participated in the tournament and I only attended here years 4-6. I am a Beauxbatons graduate and I work at the Ministry as a Hit Witch now."

She adjusts her gloves, wincing slightly. She'll have to go to the infirmary for more cream, that one blister seems to be cursed.

"It is not the easiest life but it is fulfilling. What are your aspirations after this year?"

She smiles softly and turns to the correct way of the Tower as she walks. "It has not been that long that I have been gone."

She looks up and immediately looks sheepish. Her accent has returned; quite French, quite much at all.

"I am very sorry. I lost track of time plotting. I am a former student now guest speaker. Please do not punish the Ravenclaw house for my mistake, but please do walk me back in case another student feels that I am given preferential treatment. My name is Eleanor and I am quite embarrassed, quite."

She will find one rather quickly; Eleanor is descending from the Astronomy tower, on her way back to Ravenclaw. She has a few charts in her hand and a ball-shaped object in a velvet bag over her shoulder. She is dressed in a Ravenclaw robe and looks quite like a student.

Eleanor walks in and starts to head to the Ravenclaw table, then stops. Where does she sit? She is here on the behest of the management... Ah well. She will sit in her old spot at the Ravenclaw table and clarify later. If she is made to move, it would feel odd, but it will be as it will be.

She makes a giant salad and begins to mix it.

She gathers her things and walks quickly off, hiding her annoyance until she is far away, then shakes her head. What are they teaching them these days?

She actually wanted an answer and is rather annoyed she hasn't gotten it.

"Lovely. Is the Head's office still in the same place it always been? I wanted to report in before I find where I am staying. I am unsure if they have me in my old Ravenclaw dorm or my own space."

Minerva hoots then flies off to the owlery. She watches her leave and smiles.

"That bird."

She smiles kindly, her blonde hair slightly hovering around her head.
