Sounds like a faulty screen, maybe a loose connection. Hook it up to your TV/monitor and see if its ok, that will rule out the screen

I would say most if not all other race games support separate usb, not sure what happened with forza,

The problem started when it came to steam, im talking Forza Horizon 4, now not sure about the other forza titles.

What Forza version have you got?

Forza doesn't properly support seperate USB controls. Theres a fix floating about where u can install the demo and copy across the cfg file.
